vs79 Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules for Bangladesh Players

1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "vs79" or "the Platform" refers to the website operated at https://vs79.io and all associated services, tools, games, and features made available through that domain.
• "Player" or "User" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the vs79 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal player account created on vs79 following successful registration and verification.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's vs79 account at any given time, including cash funds and any bonus amounts separately designated.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free bets, free spins winnings, or any other non-cash incentive credited by vs79 to a Player's account.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount (or deposit plus bonus amount, as specified per promotion) must be staked before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "Real Money Funds" means cash deposited by the Player through an approved payment method, excluding Bonus Funds.
• "Terms" means these Terms & Conditions as amended from time to time.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), the operating time zone of vs79.
• "BDT" / "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka, the currency unit used for all transactions on vs79.

2 Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

The vs79 platform is strictly restricted to persons who are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the platform. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. vs79 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend any account pending verification.

2.2 Geographic Access

vs79 is operated as an English-language platform targeting adult players in Bangladesh. Players are responsible for ensuring that their access to and use of the platform complies with the laws applicable in their own jurisdiction. vs79 makes no representation that use of the platform is lawful in any particular location outside its intended market.

2.3 Excluded Persons

The following persons are not eligible to open or maintain an account on vs79:

• Persons under 21 years of age.
• Employees, contractors, agents, or affiliates of vs79, and their immediate family members.
• Persons who have been self-excluded from vs79 or any affiliated platform and whose self-exclusion period has not expired.
• Persons who have been excluded by a court order or regulatory directive from participating in online gambling activities.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual Player is permitted to hold one account only on vs79 at any time. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts, whether under the same or different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods, is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, vs79 reserves the right to merge or close the duplicate account(s), void any bonuses claimed, and withhold any winnings generated through the duplicate account.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

Players must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information at registration and must update that information promptly if it changes. vs79 will not be liable for any loss arising from a Player's failure to maintain current account details. Providing false or misleading information at any stage constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

3.3 Account Security

Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials — username, password, and any two-step verification codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. All activity carried out using your account credentials will be treated as activity authorised by you. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact vs79 support immediately at [email protected].

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

vs79 may request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to: a government-issued national ID, passport, or driving licence; proof of address; and verification of the payment method used. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the time stipulated by vs79 may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

vs79 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change without prior notice. Players are advised to check the current list of available methods within their account dashboard.

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no fixed maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though vs79 reserves the right to apply transaction limits for security or compliance purposes. Deposits are credited to the Player's account balance in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka) and are reflected within minutes under normal conditions.

4.3 Withdrawal Limits and Processing

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed by vs79 within 1–24 hours under normal operating conditions, subject to identity verification being complete and no active security review being in progress. Withdrawals are made to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, in order to comply with anti-money-laundering obligations.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on vs79 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Where a Player initiates a transaction in another currency, any conversion will be applied at the rate determined by the payment processor at the time of the transaction. vs79 does not guarantee any specific exchange rate.

4.5 Refused Transactions

vs79 reserves the right to decline any deposit or withdrawal transaction where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such circumstances, vs79 will contact the Player to request additional information before processing.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by vs79 are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer. These specific terms supplement and, where they conflict, take precedence over this general Bonuses section. Players should read all bonus-specific terms before claiming any offer.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless a bonus offer states otherwise in writing, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings generated from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly on the promotional page or in the bonus notification. 5.3 Bonus Expiry

5.4 Abuse of Bonuses

This includes but is not limited to: claiming bonuses using multiple accounts, using low-risk or zero-risk betting patterns specifically designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine risk, or colluding with other players to exploit promotional terms.

5.5 One Bonus at a Time

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one bonus promotion may be active in a Player's account at any given time. Players must complete or forfeit an existing bonus before a new bonus can be applied.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Game Availability

The availability of games and betting markets on vs79 may vary and is subject to change at any time without prior notice. vs79 does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific game, provider, or market. Scheduled maintenance periods will be communicated where possible, but emergency maintenance may occur without notice.

6.2 Bet Placement

A bet or wager is only confirmed once vs79's systems have accepted it and a confirmation reference has been issued to the Player. Players are responsible for verifying that their intended bet has been accepted correctly. vs79 will not be liable for bets that were not accepted due to connectivity failures on the Player's side.

6.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake amounts vary by game and market and are displayed within each game or betting market interface. vs79 reserves the right to impose stake limits on individual accounts where there is reasonable cause related to risk management or player protection.

6.4 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a software malfunction, display error, or pricing error that results in a bet being accepted or settled at incorrect odds or terms, vs79 reserves the right to void the affected bet(s) and refund the stake to the Player's account. No winnings generated from a demonstrably erroneous game outcome or price will be honoured.

6.5 Sports Betting — Void Events

A sports betting event may be declared void by vs79 where it is cancelled, postponed beyond the deadline specified in the market rules, or where the result cannot be verified from a reliable official source. Stakes on void events are returned in full to the Player's account balance.

7 Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

vs79 is committed to providing a fair and secure gaming environment. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

• Use of any automated software, robot, script, or tool to access or interact with vs79.
• Exploitation of bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers.
• Money laundering, including depositing funds for any purpose other than genuine gaming activity.
• Fraudulent chargebacks or reversal of deposits after gaming activity has taken place.
• Misrepresentation of identity, age, or location at any point during the use of vs79.
• Opening accounts on behalf of third parties or allowing third parties to operate your account.

8 Privacy & Data

9 Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their account dashboard. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.

• Time-Out: Players may apply a temporary time-out of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a time-out, the account cannot be used for any gaming activity.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vs79 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or revenue resulting from platform downtime, technical errors, or game malfunctions.
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to comply with these Terms.
• Losses caused by unauthorised access to a Player's account resulting from the Player's failure to maintain credential security.
• Interruptions to service caused by factors outside vs79's reasonable control, including network failures, power outages, or force majeure events.

In all cases, vs79's aggregate liability to any Player shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Suspension & Termination

11.1 Termination by the Player

Players may close their vs79 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any Real Money Funds remaining in the account (excluding Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to identity verification being complete.

11.2 Suspension or Termination by vs79

vs79 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Player account at any time without prior notice where:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• vs79 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• The Player has provided false or misleading information at any point.
• The Player is found to be under 21 years of age.
• Continued provision of service to that Player would expose vs79 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

Where an account is terminated for breach, vs79 reserves the right to withhold all or part of the account balance pending investigation. Where no breach is ultimately established, funds will be returned within a reasonable period.

12 Amendments to These Terms

vs79 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, vs79 will provide notice to registered Players via the email address on file or via an in-platform notification, with a minimum of 7 days' notice before the amended Terms take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Players who do not accept an amendment must close their account before the amended Terms take effect.

Minor amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not affect Player rights — may be made without prior notice and will take effect immediately upon publication.
